Changes to company details can be marked as either 'Pending' or 'Update Immediately'. Pending transactions allow you to produce all of the relevant paperwork but only commit the changes to the database once you are satisfied the changes are correct. Security settings can also be configured to allow only authorised users to commit a pending event to the database and electronically file documents with Companies House. Pending transactions also include reminder dates which are displayed in the CoSec Compliance Diary.
